Ken Watanabe is a partner who works from the Amsterdam office. Ken specialises in corporate and contract law. He advises companies and investors in mergers and acquisitions and in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including purchase, lease, licensing, financing and franchise agreements. He also represents clients in civil proceedings, including on contractual liability and disputes related to mergers and acquisitions. He provides Japanese companies based in the Netherlands with legal advice in various areas of law.
