Bartosz heads the Intellectual Property Law, IT & Media practice group. He is also involved in the German Desk. He advises and litigates on all aspects surrounding intellectual property law as well as related technical issues. In addition, Bartosz has extensive experience in cross-border legal proceedings.
Because of his admission as both a Dutch advocaat and German Rechtsanwalt, Bartosz is very well placed to advise his clients in both legal cultures and to litigate if necessary. Bartosz is also regularly engaged by Polish business owners due to his Polish background. With his international practice, Bartosz has been able to establish a very broad network that he uses regularly.
In addition to his work as an advocaat/Rechtsanwalt, Bartosz regularly publishes in national and international journals as well as books on cross-border litigation, intellectual property law and IT law. Bartosz also regularly lectures on these topics for various institutions, such as the German Judicial Academy, the Dutch SSR, the Academy of European Law as well as the New York State Bar association.
