About Joachim Staab

Joachim Staab is a partner who works from the Amsterdam office. A German Rechtsanwalt and also a Dutch advocaat, he specialises in German and Dutch commercial law. He advises on cross-border sales contracts and distribution, agency and franchise agreements. He also focuses on international transport law and logistics services.

Joachim Staab advises on both German and Dutch law. He drafts agreements and litigates widely, both in the Netherlands and Germany.
