Wiebke Bonnet-Vogler specialises in German and Dutch employment law as well as (international) corporate law. A German Rechtsanwalt and Dutch advocaat, she advises international companies on domestic and cross-border reorganisations, dismissals and other employment law issues. She also regularly represents directors and expats in disputes with their German or Dutch employers. She also advises her clients in commercial disputes and on contract drafting. Her extensive experience with other cultures helps Wiebke provide the best possible support and resolution of disputes for her clients in negotiations with foreign parties. She always prefers out-of-court solutions but, if this proves impossible, she is authorised to appear in court in Germany and in the Netherlands.
Wiebke is an out-and-out cosmopolitan and blessed with three mother tongues - Dutch, German and French. She speaks English fluently. She grew up in Germany and France. Before joining Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten in 2006, she worked at a law firm in France for five years. She comes from a musical background, playing the violin and singing in a jazz band. Her creativity also comes in handy in her practice when it comes to finding creative solutions. Wiebke lives in Amsterdam with her husband and two children.
